About
Meditation a state of mind that is open, receptive, balanced, and grounded. Our emphasis is to clarify the different attitudes and understandings that can inform our perceptions. This allows our practice to be durable and applicable to daily life - and is especially useful to develop a greater sense of ease and well-being in the relationship that we have with ourself and within those that we encounter every day.

Please feel free to join for either or both sessions.

What to Bring
We provide sitting cushions, chairs, and blankets. You are also welcome to bring any seating or additional things, like shawls or blankets, that are comfortable for you.

Accessibility
No experience or level of fitness needed - we would love for those 14+ and all walks of life to join as called. This location is on a second floor and the stairs are found through the double glass doors under the awning (you'll see a sign that says The Space - that's us!). As we cannot offer childcare, please leave little ones at home.

Getting Here
There is a small parking lot on the west side of the building (which is reserved, but if spots are open after business hours it seems ok to park there) and metered street parking. Bikes can be locked in the back of the building.

Payment
We accept donations via cash and Venmo. We are committed to offering these classes 100% by donation as a means of support for the health, happiness, and well-being of our community. In lieu of rent, we share donations with The Space and their community programming benefitting the queer and neuro divergent youth communities of Providence. Please support your teachers and the generosity of The Space and donate!
